Soooo, ummm . . . President Trump just described Frederick Douglass at a Black History Month Event as follows:
“Frederick Douglass is an example of somebody who’s done an amazing job and is getting recognized more and more, I notice.”
Many observers were quick to point out that it seemed Trump was so un-informed about Douglass that he seemed to be referring to Douglass in the present tense. A simple Google search would clearly show that Douglass died in 1895??
In response, someone created a Twitter Account for the famed ex-slave-turned-abolitionist, author, & editor, just to troll Donald Trump and the commentary is hilarious and truly parallels how being this out of touch now a days is just shameful.
